Sounds like Leaky Gut to me. How is your diet? Honestly. What are you eating? Can you list what you ate in the last week? How is your water in take? What is your favorite drink? Alcohol consumption been high in the past or when you drink now, is it more than two drinks? When was the last time you did 30 minutes of cardio in a row? Are you able to exercise? Are you quite gassy? Have you taken painkillers regularly? Antibiotics? How are your movements? Sporadic? Regular? Consistency?   [End]

Your on psyche meds. Psyche meds are heavy metals as I understand them. The things you are taking are detoxing heavy metals. You are going to feel worse there is just no way around it. I have done extensive research and SOME have had luck using SAM-E for their psyche med for depression while attempting to detox and fix their guts. I wouldn’t dream of suggesting this to you, only that you do a LOT of research. There was also a natural psyche med I came across called Lithium Orotate you can get on Amazon for a few bucks. I started a fast type weight loss plan I developed 4 days ago. I don’t know if its candida or allergies or both. I had bad habits much of my life and losing weight was all but impossible. Down from 268.6 to 261.6 this AM with all of day 4 to go. I feel incredible. Trying a saltwater flush this am. Its been about 5 minutes and I can really feel things moving on through... Good lord! Basically water every two hours Protein shakes every 3 hours (to keep from metabolism from taking a dive and avoid muscle loss) Low carb (under 6 grams & high protein 20 grams or more, two scoops) ...
