I have a friend who i am trying to help.

I had a real hankering for mashed potatoe...which I just love with pepper and mustard ......I ate it with great delight but that night I had the most terrible wind (very embarrasing) and it certainly didnt agree with me as I have alleviated all wind for 4 months....

Have you been for blood tests for estrogen dominance.
I have a test done on day 3 and day 21 to check for estrogen.
The symptoms you are experiencing is quite normal as I too went through the same....weight gain.

Yes it is strange.....One is pitta and I am kapha.
What is the arm test for the products...sorry having been searching but cant find info.
They appear to come up on the side of the thigh more so now.

I dont want to bother you with a question that is maybe due to all the detoxing Im doing but it seems a coincedence that this has happened to 2 people in our household at the same time.

Im trying to fathom out what causes low iron and why some people cant increase it naturally.
Is it to do with the liver not functioning properly.

Excellent article....hopefully I make sense of it when it comes to explaining to my friend, who is saying its really burning but subsided to a dull ache...
It could be the dumping effect also as he is taking the Aloe and dandelion and milk thistle....
His liver and pancreas are probably dumping toxins with the increase of bile and gastric jucies and with the combination of the betaine it could be really stirring things up.
MMM never thought that it could have such a quick effect on him.

I felt awful after he specially went out to buy some...so I dont want to waste what little money he has and have to not use them.
The health shop that sold them to him didnt have the one I usually recommend so he must have adviced the product he bought.
I dont have betaine in mine so thats probably why I dont get the same reaction.

I was on the understanding if you took it that way. It was still 1/2 a cup of oil but take it in 2 sessions... so half it again.
This is probably what make you sick.

I would keep it up as I dont think 4 to 5 days would be sufficient.
As candida loves an acidic system and detoxing helps to eliminate this, I have learnt to try and alkaline the system more as this will also help to increase the good microbes ..... to fight the candida. I have experimented with a wheat bag and seems to do the trick.

The P&B shakes are great as the psyllium is fibre and massages the colon and strengths it and helps to elimanate a better shape stool......so I have to have that probably for the rest of my life. What you are experincing is detoxing now....and you will feel unwell before you get well as you eliminate toxins. Cold every six weeks?
Sounds like an allergen to dairy and the ”cold” is the mucous needing to come out.
Since your 3 yr old is constipated....the mucous only knows to come out of the nose, a path of elimiantion.

I have been reading about diverticulitis and I seem to have some symtoms that present diverticulosis which I am wondering if a CT scan would be beneficial.

If it is a lighter colour on the bottom then the top...then it is getting damaged....if you like your hair long and it isnt spilt feed it with protein....It will eventually spilt but you can (savour it for a while longer)..especially has you have a faster hair growth than other pigments....it protects you.
The softness from conditioner or limpness is from too much silicone in products...sometimes it wont mention silicone exactly but it will have another name that sounds so ambiguous that you dont bother to look it up....people just go Oh well her hair looked alright on the tv.

very sensitive to the sun UV sensitive so you need to protect your hair and your skin...Red heads came from a climate that was cold....we are talking heritage here, so heat is your sensitivity.

Have you ever been on medication for your acne because reading your post it appears acne is what you are trying to clear up.
Shampoo.....is there Sodium lauryl sulphate in your shampoo.
Do you use shampoos that have silicone in them.
Have you got chemicals like colour etc in your hair or do you use straightening products.....or use straightening irons.

Not sure if you could answer this question but since you have great knowledge on the bowel system I thought you would be the one to answer or help me with this.
I have and still have a problem with a hemorroid and it is causing me grief at present.
No matter what I do with my diet and fibre and water and everything else that will make the evacuation more comfortable...it gives me grief...yesterday been the worse..
I do get the red spotting blood but I have had that for years.
I think what is irritating it at present is toxins from doing all this cleansing ...
