You should get bloodwork for testosterone(both serum and free), estradiol and thyroid hormones.
If these come out sub-optimal, you should see an endocrinologist to figure out if it has a root cause.
Crash dieting like you’re describing is also a sure-fire way to screw with your hormones. Your body can’t make sufficient testosterone without:
normal calorie intake
FAT INTAKE
normal zinc status
If oyu are primary hypogonadal, this could mean you have an underlying disorder like Klinefelters. [End]
