I live in he Netherlands and the products are hard to find here. Yesterday i had apples and a piece of melon for lunch and spinach soup for dinner. This morning i had cramps and i immediately had to go to the bathroom. The stool was still not that loose, so i decided to take a little Epsom Salt in water and again had a BM. Hi, I’ve got a problem here, i did my third liver flush yesterday and i still haven’t had the ”butt-pee” or a good bowel movement with stones. This is very weird, because i have one or two bowel movements everyday. Yesterday, i had a banana and later spelt bread for breakfast. For lunch i had an apple. I stopped eating after two o’clock, but i did continue drinking water.At 6 pm i took my first dose of ES and at 8 the second . Thanks for the advice. I’ll consider it. Yes, i have been diagnosed with IBS. I’ve done a stool sample, blood work, colonoscopy and two hydrogen bereath tests, one for lactose intolerance and one for small intestine bacterial overgrowth. The last one was negative, but i still think that i have some kind of dysbiosis in my bowels. I’ve heard about great smokies laboratory before and here in Holland we have a lab that works with them. The problem is that my insurance company doesn’t cover the lab work from GDSL, so i’ll have to pay for it myself.That’s going to be difficult, because i’m a st ...

Hi, I’m new on this board. I’m an 19 year old female with IBS. I suffer from a lot of gas, smelly flatulence that i don’t have any control over. It never goes away, it doesn’t matter what i eat or if i fast, i have gas 24/7. This is very embaressing for me, i don’t go out a lot anymore and i’m getting anxious and very depressed, because of this. Hi, I’m new, i’ve been reading the posts for awhile and i read about GSE and i got it. I’ve been using it for three days and i’ve noticed that the smell of my breath has gotten worse.
