hello, can someone please advise. i am having trouble with my picky eater (11 yr old daughter). i have her on the candida diet. but she is picky! she’s lost weight and i am starting to get concerned because she is so darn picky with food. right now, she has homemade broth for breakfast with gelatin (great lakes, one that does not gel). for lunch, she takes chicken pieces and coconut aminos to dip. she won’t eat vegetables at school. she does not care for eggs much (though i am confused if she should be eating them because some say not to eat, and some say yes.) i know she is not allerg ...

thank youshark. it’s easier said than done, not to treat with steroid creams. she is in jr. high and it is heart breaking to be asked 24/7 ”what’s wrong with you etc..” she’s been on a whole foods diet for 2 months and nothing. the only thing that worked were the steroid ointment. thankfully, it has helped her for the meantime. i totally agree that these skin issues are from within. but in the meantime, because it is on her face and it was making her face tough, i had to use the ointment. coconut, jajoba, wheat germ, olive and avocado oil were making way worse. i tried the dead ...

hi, praying someone is able to advise. i am new eczema, my 11 year old daughter recently got diagnosed with it and was given typical treatment (cortisone, strong benadryl). i want to find the root of the problem, where as the kaiser dr. told me there is not cure blah, blah, blah. looking back, she started with dandruff about 1 year or so ago, but i thought she was not washing her hair right. then, i started to wash her hair. still had dandruff. i checked her scalp and she had a lot of dry skin/flakes and some redish scabs from where she scratches? regardless, we did not think abo ...
