I am not really sure what you are trying to say, but I digress. I am assuming you believe that dose amounts of vitamins in synthetic substances equals the amounts in real foods, but this really isn’t the case.
As with my experiences with vitamin D. I was taking upwards of 100,000 iu a day (with K2 of course), but never saw any therapeutic benefits from it. Now taking a couple teaspoons of FCLO a day, I am actually seeing benefits, many actually.
