I have read tons of info, forum posts and every bit of info I could about the SWF and I really beleive I am doing it right. I mix 1 level teaspoon of sea salt into 500ml of water, and drink 2 of those. That should be the 1litre/2 tespoon requirement I beleive. But after a few failed attempts, nothing was coming out as I expected. I tried some light exercise, and again it felt like something was going to happen, but once again, nothing. So essentially I have consumed a litre of salt water, that now, 2.5 hours later is still inside me somewhere or absorbed.
