Hi there! I am new to this forum. I am doing my fourth Master Cleanse (lemonade fast) and want to try a Liver Flush soon. I think I will only fast for about 10-14 days. I got the recipe for Dr. Hulde Clarke’s liver flush. i almost bought some spring tree at the store and then waited only to end up buying some at a health food store. it was definitely cheaper that the others. it says in the book that the grade A dark amber kind is basically what used to be known as grade B. and that what is important is just that you have the darker amber color. some stores have grades b and C but these grades just indicate the darkness, and therefore the mineral content. you shoudl be fine with that. i have made an effort to get organic maple syrup this time too though, since it also says in the MC Burroughs book that som ...

when are you taking your tea?? you might wanna try senna tea. that works really well but does give cramping which woke me up a few times last night. eventually its all liquid at least thats how its been for me on day two now. usually by day 3 or 4 its just fluid. and i have noticed that this time around the swf isnt as intense for me as it has been in the past. good luck!   [End]

I have had no problems taking the Pill on the MC. This is my third time and the reason i enrolled in this forum last time I fasted was to ask the same question about a year ago! so no worries as far is that is concerned. you might just want to take it enough time after your SWF, for safety measures, but I dont know if that really matters. thanks, a.   [End]

Day Two and I just finished my morning SWF (at work no less. I really have no shame this time, I am proud to be fasting!) I am not sure about the weight loss. I am drinking less this time around, I usually do about 3/4 a gallon a day. But then read for those interested in reducing, to drink less. How much are those reducing drinking?? HI GUYS, I am at working downing my SWF since its a slow day here. You might want to switch to another tea. some may find that smooth move is not strong enough. I have always used Senna Leaf tea which is very effective. Sorry I dont know the brand, but you can find it at most health food stores. I am not sure why the SWF wouldnt work as long as you are using SEA SALT (the one without iodine.) good luck! a.   [End]

you should go through about 80-120 oz a day. drink more!!! usually, its about 3/4 to 1 gallon a day. the recommendation is 10 to 12 servings of the 10oz. cup per day (comes out to about six lemons a gallon) hydrate!!!!   [End]

Hey there #21944 Hang in there. I have done this fast three times and am doing it my fourth time (this is my first day!) I have not done always done it the minimum ten days. The first time i did five, then the second three, and then the third ten. Every time my body was going through different things so I just listened. Every time it was awesome. But I am also on the pill and wondering the same question.
