I’m not sure if this is considered day 2, but I think so.
I have had only water since Monday 6pm, it is now Wednesday 3:20pm. I feel really good, but haven’t been drinking too much water-- only when I’m thirsty. I haven’t had any headaches or anything, although, I am tired and could use a nap. I work 9.5 hours a day so that could be why I’m tired, too :)
I’m staying motivated, though! I think I will break my fast on Sunday, since I’m having friends over. I’ll be cooking for them, but I will break my fast with some fresh juices and maybe a few raw veggies.
