Hi, Wanted to share this, I was a hairdresser for 15 years. I have IBS and have done lots of cleanses, Parrasite Liver Bowel. I find bowel cleanse very hard and drawn out. I use Dr clarks flush recipe found at the top of the page. Anyway I have done 16 flushes some where 2” but the epsom salts relax the bile ducts and I sometimes get a pain a day or two later I just take epsom salt again and it always goes. Also when you flush don’t have any fat that day as to have a bigger push when you take the oil. good luck with that stone but don’t forget you need to get the stones out of your liver thats wher they came from. so don’t stop till you are cleaned out. I understand your dilemma. You want to get better but you also have to work. It is difficult if you are sleepy and tired. I have been there. Some recommendations: Go to bed early at night and sleep as much as you can. I need to sleep 9 hours everyday. Today I was tiling the bathroom, and I done my back in. trapped nerve, or somthing. Now this is going to sound weird, but I took some epsom salts, as I had a pain in the gallbladder area. Hi thanks for the info. My boy is a very fussy eater. and we get as much as the good stuff down him as we can. Which isn;t a lot sometimes. The only fruit he will have is apple. He will eat chilli and rice, so we sneak in lots of veg, but we have to whizz it up so he can’t see them. That sort of thing. We eat butter not margarine. He loves butter on wholemeal bread.
