I have been pulling for 2 weeks now, this followed a period of a week where I drank fresh fruit juices only with a light lunch of salads with a small amount of tuna and or rice (I was trying to avoid a too rapid weight loss as I was worried about gaining more weight too quickly, when the fast was finished). I have an intolerance to wheat, recently I had slipped into bad habits and began eating wheat again. I had reached a point (again) where my body felt completely poisoned.
