What I mean is, we carry many yeasts in our system. But a healthy body keeps the numbers balanced. If for some reason, such as HIV, or other immune comprimising condition happens, certain pathogenic yeast start to mutate, and or grow out of control. This will kill the patient very quickly if left unchecked.
