I go to work everyday and have a compact schedule, so now to best fit the diet into my schedule, I bought 4 big plastic storage boxes, and process the veggies into small cubes or slices all at once, it would take a whole hour or more, but will last for 3+ days. I have a large size steaming pot, put a plate, then toss the veggies layer by layer. I am only using brocolli, cauliflower, cucumber, squash, carrot, celery, asparagus.
