NO sugar!! Vegetarians eat a lot of bread sometimes, pasta or sweets.
My roommate is very strict vegetarian and eats loads of chocolate.!!!

You do not give enough information about what your halth problems are.
But, I do not think that cofee enemas are necesary for bowel cleanse.
You can try Blessed Herbs if you want a bowel cleanse, regular deep water (filtered ) enemas, improved diet ( mucusless diet) and probiotics.

Alcohol is really bad. No diet will work with alcohol. It has too much sugar, yeast and is a overload for the liver.
I recommend no alcohol for several months.

So, I quit. I had a colonic and several SWF.
