Hello Dirk, Hopefully your black seed oil is packaged in a glass amber, or dark food grade biodegradable bottle. No, the oil does not need to be refrigerated or stored at 50°F, room temp is fine, but prolonged exposure to direct sunlight should be avoided, as is the case with most oils. Hi, What you can do for sinus issues, even if you only have the seeds is the following: Cover the black seed with some olive oil and warm for an hour or two in a pot. Do not overheat you basically eant to slowly extract the black seed goodies into the oil. Add a teaspoon of the seed and oil mixture to very hot just boiling water. Use a towel or cloth to make a tent over your head and inhale the vapors deeply for several minutes. Do this twice a day. You can also drop some of the OIL directly into your nostrils. Thanks for the video. Actually Corey, I only use one or two of these butters at a time. I don’t usually do shea and cocoa together. You can also use mango butter which has less oils and whips up very nicely. The shea and cocoa butters are oily but warming the oils before adding them to the butters and whipping them, makes them light like cream and less oily. You have to play around with the ratios a bit. NO ”EXPERTS” here hun. Opinions vary actually. Amazing Herbs gets their seeds from Turkey and Egypt and they dont heat their seeds, and people don’t have problems digesting them. If you have a weak constitution then heat them. You seem to know something about black seed. I’ve tried several brands and never heated my seeds and have not had a reaction either. A woman told me she has a BAD reaction to the oil and it made her sick!
