I also agree about the benefit of adding raw egg yolks to any diet but especially a vegan diet.
I was raw vegan for a couple of years but was not getting enough omega 3 fats.
I was slim but my skin was extremely dry as was my hair, nails. I didn’t understand this as I ate plenty of avocado, stone crushed olive oil....
A mentor who also ate raw foods suggested I add about 3 or 4 raw egg yolks to my diet.
From the first week on after adding raw eggs to my smoothies, my skin stopped being dry, my hair became silky,shiny & eventually grew to halfway down my back.
