I haven’t posted to this forum in months. I don’t recognize any of the names I saw on here.. but that’s not my reason for the post. I have been doing a LOT of thinking (in general, but) lately about real life options that I have. Oh, I think it’s cool that you can smell it yourself b/c then you know how strong the smell is from day to day... it’s easier to gauge. I believe I was called the ”whiff of death” yesterday. Hi Just_Cris, I don’t know what to tell you about your tongue, but the ”smelly stones” out of the back of your mouth feed bacteria. I get that too (and have gotten the ever since childhood). Here is a little Q&A thing I found on another site. These things are called tonsilloliths (”tonsil stones.”) You have described them perfectly. Thanks for posting! I’ve been taking Zymex II (which has papain, bromelain, amylase, lipase, and cellulase) for 5 and a half weeks but people still put their fingers to their noses when I come around. I’m being patient though, I know relief will not come over night. I’m taking a few other things besides zymex, but I’m not sure which cocktail to stick with. Hey Surfer.. thanks for the post I tried that Dr. Mist a couple weeks ago. I think it reduces the smell a little the first couple days and then ceases to continue working. Right now I am taking Zymex II in hopes that if I have parasites it will kill them and I can go from there. We all just want to smell fresh :) I can’t really give anytips on the BO just yet because I haven’t found anything that’s worked for me. For my breath I use Peroxyl by Colgate. It’s recommended for people with braces because it removes the bad germs but keeps the good ones. I’ve noticed a difference. You might want to give it a try. p.s. When I was using Listerine and ACT it seemed like it made my breath worse!   [End]

Isnstead of incense sticks try burning oils... they smell waaaaay better. You can pick some up at White Barn Candle Co. (the store thats always adjacent to Bath and Body Works). I know you’re a guy but try not to get the manly scents, try the home inviting scents instead. I’m in my mid twenties and I’m not sure if the smell is worse than when I was 18 or 19, I’m just certain thats it’s still here... and you’re right, there is some type of psychological issue when it cmes to one discussing anothers smell. I’m trying to get my hands on a good colon cleanse right now, and some digestive enzymes. I stay away from junk foods. I don’t drink ANY pop or coffee or juices, only water. I stay away from beef (because of the way it smells when it starts to break down in your stomach) and I try to avoid pork. I take a laxative everyday to try to make sure food doesn’t stay in my system that long (maybe thats the wrong answer), but this is getting ridiculous. Hello all, (A little backstory) This is my first post, I’m a new user. I have been living with fecal body odor for as long as I can remember.
