My troubles started when I began drinking about 1pint to 11/2 pints of carrot and apple juice a day. Maybe the soreness is a sign that things are moving down. I experienced a lot of soreness after liver flushes and I have read on this site that other people have, as well. But I don’t have the soreness now and it took maybe 10 flushes before my soreness stopped after a flush. Why don’t you follow the straightforward Hulda Clark flush and not use the apple juice as preparation. I have done 11 flushes this way and am feeling good.
