I’ve done the coconut oil flush/fast twice. Both times were at the end of a ten day juice fast using oxypowder and saltwater flushes. Anyway, getting the coconut oil down the first time was easy. Out of nowhere I started to experience pain in the center of my right heel. It hurts if I put any pressure on it. I’ve discovered it could be a bone spur and/or Plantar Fasciitis. I’ve been working 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. for 18 years. I think this, along with a lot of stress and coffee fried my adrenals. SO how bad is working the night shift on the adrenals? I’ve had all my amalgam fillings removed. A couple weeks ago I had a root canal (2nd molar) with Amalgam under the crown pulled. The 1st molar next to the 2nd molar I just had pulled is also a root canal (my only root canal thank god). This tooth also has amalgam under the crown. My 18 year old son went in for his 6 month cleaning. They discovered cavities on three teeth.
