Stella is right - it takes many starts for many people to begin new habits. Smokers, drug users, alcohol users, eaters, exercisers. It’s hard to start a new habit and it can take many tries. So don’t give up!
If you’ve had fits and starts with this, tell yourself you will only fast for 1 hour. Don’t worry about the 40 days, don’t worry about tomorrow or next week. Just say you will allow yourself to eat in one hour.
