Kebod, I am not sure this is the same thing, but I have a patch of skin right between my eyes (Very upper bridge of the nose) that became very flakey several months ago and had some slightly raised, reddish bumps - a little smaller than a pin head, almost like an irratation. The patch ran halfway into each eyebrow and the skin would flake like dandruff. If I scrathed my eyebrown, it would fall just like dandruff and I have been using Vitimin K cream to help with no reward. For me, it’s just a matter of timing. I have Waterpicked, Sonicare brushed and flossed the night before when going to bed. My first a.m. pull is done without brushing my teeth first. I brush afterwards with a Tea Tree OIl and Neem toothpaste, as well as perform some other things for gum care. My breakfast always consists of an apple, a banana and an orange blended with Apple Cider Vinegar and Black Strap Molasses into an ice smoothie, and as I work out of a home office, I usually take a while to polish this off. LIttle C, I know that on oilpulling.com, Dr. F. Karach, M.D. states ”If one were to see one drop of this liquid (Pulled Oil) magnified 600 times under a microscope, one would see microbes in their first stage of development”. Hi Wellboy, Interseting thoughts on the body’s need to clear itself out. For most of my adult life, most evenings as I am getting into bed I have a sneeze fest. Yea! That is so wonderful to hear. I do hope you keep updating as I have enjoyed reading your posts and seeing the progress. Today will be day 6 of sesame oil for me, but my facial skin has moistened up nicely, taking away the moderate wrinkles I had around my eyes and my skin is softer to the touch. My light dandruff problem has been gone for 3 days and my hair is no where near as dry as it was. Even though I have relatively short hair, it would be dry and a tad frizzy after showering. Hi Cheryl, Congrats on starting. What has always felt best to me was to work your mouth and jaws in the chewing motion recommended on oilpulling.com. I will, from time to time during each pull, use my upper cheek muscles to force the oil through my back teeth up top - can’t get the muscles to do so down below :( and even swish the oil across the front teeth ocassionally throughout the session. I have read a great deal on the metals and am very concerned. At this point, however, there are a number of factors I see as getting me to the point I was a few weeks ago, including lack of physical activity, dehydration (too much coffee, as well as barley and hops), poor diet, lack of my own self-dental care, heavy stress and more. Thanks for the thoughts...I had a 67 Ford Galaxy 500 as well...remember you could move the front seat so far back it made the perfect date night car. I rent a lot of cars to travel for work and the local Enterprise keeps a fleet of the new Ford Five-HUndreds...certainly not the same, but kinda neat. My first car was actually a 66 Dodge Dart GT. My father has always owned gas stations/garages and he had a mechanics lein on the car and said if I could make it run, it was mine...my first McGyver experiences in life.
