follow up any strong cleanser with a gentle cleanser e.g. cetaphil. if using cetaphil, massage gently and lovingly for at least 1 full minute. remove gently and lovingly with bottled water and dab dry with a dryish but damp facecloth. clean often, clean lovingly :)   [End]

Hi all. I used expeller sunflower oil from hain ... oil turned thin after 7 minutes (average? should it be sooner?). i went on for 3 more minutes (i have mercury fillings so i wasn’t sure if i should go longer) at first i was thinking ”WTF am i doing? this is hilarious” ... and mentally it wasn’t easy the first 2-3 minutes ... at least now i know it’s doable and not as gross as i imagined it couldbe .... I have mercury dental fillings in my teeth. They are over 20 years old. (I wanna replace them but I haven’t got the cash) My question is: Will oil-pulling be a bad idea for me?
