I too have been trying to alter my diet to clear my dyshidrosis. Through research I have also come across a potential cause it a build of toxins - especially metals. I get random episodes of Dyshidrosis on my right hand on 3 fingers. Clobetasol Proponate (steroid cream) works instantly however it has started to thin my skin, so this time it popped up I told myself I was going to clear it without the steroid cream! Today I just tried a vinegar wash 50 percent distilled white vingegar(im allergic to apples - so no apple cider vinegar for me) and 50 percent water - heated up. Its been an hour and so far some of the blisters have dried up. I think I might need to pop them with a sterile needle and THEN do the vinegar wash to be more effective. I al ...
