I am going to try this inhaler method too. The idea of cleaning out my lungs is very appealing. I just started using ”Bioplex Pure WPI”. The only ingredient is ”Pure microfiltered whey protein isolate” - nothing added. Fat free and lactose free. I wanted to test my safflower oil for pH but my pH strips do not work with oils. Some oils are around .8% to 3% acidity. Vinegar is 5% acidity and I wouldn’t even think of swishing with vinegar - my teeth would dissolve. Do the oil acids dissolve tooth enamel over time and should we be limiting oil pulling?   [End]
