Wake up, 30-60 mins later eat a VERY LIGHT breakfast of spinach leaf mixed salad with baby lettuce leaves,, eat a nice big bowl of that every morning, try to only put olive oil and grey Sea Salt on it. 15-30 minutes after eating that do some kind of cardio and maybe even calesthetics (push,pull ups), I personally just do jump rope in my apartment because the ceilings are high enough, I got a leather rope with bearings in the handle.. works great.
