I had all of that! The liver flushes definitely, but the colon work, I think, was key. I think doing the liver flushes is huge, but then a series of Oxypowder and then some colonics. This is so weird. I got one too. I just did my 3rd flush last Thursday, had a colonic on Friday and then woke up mid Friday night with pain. It’s the size of a marble. I took a hot bath with ES, but that didn’t help. Then my best friend who is an OB/GYN says she sees these all the time, and do not put anything hot on it, it will inflame it worse. I’m not sure why everyone is getting safflower oil, because that is not listed in any of the information. Yes, you are not supposed to do this before you go to sleep. It will cause insomnia. My husband wanted to do this twice a day, so he chose his second pull just before dinner, so that his stomach was empty, (which it should be) and it wasn’t very close to bedtime. This is going really well. Did the very basic protocol, but added some of the dandelion in the OO, and took two ginger capsules’ 20 minutes before. He said he has passed at least 500 pea size green stones. Not as much sludge as his #1 flush, but some chaff. He said the first passing of stones was at midnight, and expelled about 300! My mother in law is Ukranian, and she used to do all of this, including urine drinking and using as an astringent on her face. Yikes, that’s a hard one. At this forum, most of us are experiencing the oil pulling for the first time, unless there are others out there with more experience who have not joined us. I initially got the Colonix, more for the parasite cleaning than constipation. The fiber was really hard on my stomach. But women sometimes have a harder time with the fiber. So what I did is combine the two. I take the parasite caps, but not the fiber and senna tea. Instead I use Oxypowder to clean myself out. I really feel like I’ve got the best of both worlds! Oxypowder is like.....whoosh. Very efficient, no pain, no gas. After just one week, I’m already starting to see things that probably have been up there for awhile. That’s my 2 cents anyway. This was info I read on Telman’s 18th flush. This is what he wrote: I really wanted to use Dandelion root because following results of clinical and laboratory research, reported in Hobbs (1985) it doubles the bile output with leaf extracts, and a quadruples the bile output with root extract. Someone mentioned that the best way to ingest the oil is by sipping if slowly. I think you have about 15 minutes to do this, from what I remember reading before. Anyway, that’s what I’ve done, and any nausea did come until the middle of the night. Then I had some chewy ginger candy at my bedside, and that took it right away!   [End]

Well, this is going to be a weird post, because, my dear sweet husband pooped in the bed (on a temperpedic no less) on his first flush. Poor guy, but he’s bravely going for #2 after 3 weeks. From what I gather from searching the internet is that they are both blood thinners? Perhaps there is some inherent danger to taking them together?
