Along with a good therapist, family and friends are the main help you can ever get. They are the people who are always around you, not your therapist. And it would be a great change if they (a few of them you trust) would know and understand what you’re going through. If you have good family and good friends, i would say you should try and open up to them. You’re too young dealing with stuff like that by yourself. [End]
