The bathroom time is demanding on MC, but you can do it. I work as a customer serive rep, spend most of my days driving around LA, with no office or bathroom to go to. My strategy is to skip the tea except on Fri & Sat nights, and weekdays set my alarm for an hour and a half before I normally get up. I get up, drink the salt water and go back to sleep, wake up when nature calls and by the time I would normally be up and around, I’m good to go. The best thing about the salt water as opposed to the laxative tea is that when you’re done, you’re done - no lingering effects. Hope this helps. [End]
