I have read that a fresh apple fast will soften any stones you may have. By eating just fresh apples and/or fresh apple cider (not cooked or anything)for 3 days should make it so that if you do have any large stones, they will be so soft that you would not know anything about passing them until you see them. I was always run down as a child and seemed to need alot of sleep and still do. I am always fatigued. I have had all the blood tests done and nothing turned up. Two to three days later I do the liver flush again. Even the weekly flushes seem to be too slow. I have considered two flushes a week but have chosen for now to settle for one. The stones do need time to move down so that you can flush them out. Also I think the body does need time to recover from the flushing procedure and the fasting. Gallbladder flush and candida Apple juice do not use the apple juice if you have candida. I did (mistake!) Apple juice is used to help the bile move. It was very good at that. One thing I wanted to add...something I have found helpful the night of a flush. I watch funny movies. Laughing out loud, for any number of reasons seems to produce better results flush wise.
