My husband and I are on day 4 of a 7 day bowel cleanse. We are doing a fruit juice, vegetable juice fast. We are taking liquid bentonite and pysillium husk powder 3 times a day. Stay with it. I hope you do cleanses as well for the colon. Try Bentonite Clay (at health food store) after a flush. OK I have the results. I did Clark method to the letter. It wasn’t very dramatic, but I feel much better. I had been taking GCG and Chinese Bitters along with A-F Betafood by Standard Process labs so I think the stones were broken down. I just did my first cleanse by the Clarke method. The olive oil was a lot better than the epsom salts. I did put the apple juice in and it was a lot easier to drink the epsom salts that way.
