As to sugestions on how to take it,
I put a loaded table spoon in my porridge in the morning, just after i turn off the stove, and as a bonus the porridge doesnt stick to the pan :).
If im having a sandwhich straight after i make it, i melt a bit of the oil and drip it into the bread. (the breads i use are yeast free so they are not soft otherwise it might be a bit soggy)
