Now I realize that I have overdosing on the black walnut, wormwood and clove for the last few days. I don’t have clarkia, but I have an alcohol free herbal tinture from ”Nature’s Answer”. I definately agree with Queen Mercury in that I probably overdid it my first day. I should work up from a much smaller dose. Without this product, I would be really constipated. I know this because when I first started cleaning myself out with CoQ-10 and juice fasting and salt mistures that I did become really constipated, until I got this product in the mail. I use 2 big teaspoons a day, and when I ”finish” cleansing, I’ll still use the product, maybe cut down to 1 teaspoon a day. I just bought Q-10 pills. I fasted today with lots of water, and I just got a juicer, so tomorrow, I’ll be on a liquid diet. How soon can I start on the Co Q-10? Hey all! I gain new confidence in what I am about to do, with reading your messages. If someone would wnat to be my mentor, I would really appreciate it. I want to start on the bowel cleanse, and have bought the ”Basics Plus”. Do I need anything else to do a bowel cleanse (i.e. is it always necessary to buy an enema formula to go with the Basics Plus)? I am also going on a one day fast tomorrow. I know that that’s NOTHING, but I’ve never done it before; but I have become aware of taking care of my body and am fully serious about this. Would anyone like to give me their help? Thanks! ...

I was just disgnosed with Candida problems in my stomach. I have been overweight, tired, depressed, etc. for several years and no doctor knew what was wrong with me. I am on the master cleanse for the second time. I enjoy the challange and after the first time I experienced it I certainly realized the few things that I was addicted to. I am a vegetarian, I’m a treeplanter in the summers, so I manage to keep fit, but the whole cigarette smoking thing. I know it is a disgusting habit and while I am on the cleanse I don’t smoke, but as soon as I am finished it, I’m puffing away. If only I could quit.
