BTW, I like the toddy method of brewing. It makes a wonderfully low-acid, SMOOTH coffee. Here’s the recipe: Put 1 cup finely ground coffee into quart jar with spring water. Shake and soak overnight. I think the latest report is that 3, 6, and 7 are the worst as far as plastic containers. There’s was hubbub in the news b/c some baby bottles are made from one of these. What I do for my drinking water is use a quart mason jar. It is 32 ounces, so I know if I drink one and a half or two of those a day I know I’ve gotten a good water fix for the day. I usually put a tall straw in it. If you want to travel with it, you can get plastic lids in the canning section of a retail store and use a flex straw. Charlie, I think two options would be nice. Maybe option #s 1 and 3. Many of us like to watch our pennies so that we can afford to continue to feed and nourish our bodies with quality food over time. I’m like that, so I’d choose option #3 if it wasn’t a compromise to the quality of the product. Other people might be very ill or fatigued and might not have the energy to do any of the work. How old are you? Also, did you make any changes in your life since this started? It sounds a bit like Tourette’s Syndrome, however, that usually onsets pretty young. http://www.tsa-usa.org I wouldn’t jump to any conclusions. Hello, This past weekend I worked a lot in the garden. I noticed after a half a day of gardening that I couldn’t lift my big toe, nor move it from side to side. I don’t know if there is a link to gardening b/c I was squatting and bending a lot? It is this completely frustrating feeling! All I have to say is HANG IN THERE. I had a similar symptom and it greatly diminished after doing cleansing. I did a 7-day fast (based on the one in the book ”The Tao of Health, Sex and Longevity”) and my asthma went away. Then I did other cleanses, kidney, liver flushes (hulda clark or julia chang’s...both work) and my allergies greatly diminished. Hi there, I am not totally sure about the answer to your question, but I would suspect that oxygenation creates an inhospitable environment for the little buggers. Whether it will take them out and kill them...I’ve never heard that claim or result. You’re probably better off with an herbal cleanse to follow up the oxy. cleanse. I just ran into a woman who has a son that is autistic. We talked about various environmental issues and she gave me this tip. If you get new carpet, paint, etc. you can ”bake” out some of the toxins by turning the heat way up, as high as you can. Also, I live in the boondocks (per my message below) so it is really hard to find certain things (though I do have vit C and CS). Anyway, which probiotic would you recommend. I really don’t like the antibiotics...really. But, I’m just very concerned that I won’t be able to nip this. I think the bacterial part concerned me a lot. Also, I must say that I live in a very rural and backward area. I don’t know how easily I could find alternative treatments such as oxygen therapy. I am thinking of a chelation clinic that I saw once, and I’ll have to see if they do vitamin C IVs. Hello, I had that nasty cold/flu and didn’t slow down. Now, I have bacterial pneumonia. I am chosing to take the antibiotics (totally don’t like to, but really think I shoul dplay it safe). Thanks! I have done nine liver cleanses and some fasts, but I’ve been traveling tons and that has thrown me off. I gave up sugar, but have it on ”special” occassions. I’m going crazy. I become a psycho woman 10 days before my period. I also can’t eat sugar during this time (even too much honey, fruit, carbs) b/c I will become practically suicidal (really really beat up on myself...more than I can explain here). Hello, I had my home professionally feng shui-ed many years ago. It was amazing. The consultant studied in Japan for 15 years. I’ve since moved far away and live in a crazy neighborhood.
