Hi! I just started out today, and I had to drink my salt water in episodes, couldn’t drink it all at once. The reaction I had to it was NOT fun to say the least! I’m just not looking foward to going through that incident for the next 9 days. Is it going to be like that everyday?? :-(
Also, I have been taking Allegra 180mg, and haven’t taken it yet today. Is it going to be a problem if I take it? I’m coughing a lot, and my nose is very itchy. One of the reasons I decided to do it was because of my allergy problems. If I do see results, how long, on an average, will it take?

Hi Terry. I have gone back and read old boards and have learned more about you. So I wanted to share with you that I too have FM as well as CFS and MCS. I have basically lost the last 4 years of my life due to the severity of this illness. I am also loosing my hair (I am a female and no one seems to know why so much of my hair is falling out). And like you my family does not understand my illness at all. They have abandoned me and even went as far as saying that I created this illness for attention. Do you belong to an MCS support group where you recieve a newsletter that lists apartments and places available for people with MCS? Also, where do you live? And what kind of treatments are you doing for yourself concerning your health?

Right now, the whole Schulze bowel cleanse is not working for me( too rough on the intestines), and I know that probiotics and enzymes seem to help, both of which are in this formula. Your story is so inspiring. I am so glad to hear of your progress. Okay, so from what I have read I need to drink more juice and more water. I am taking both his Liver/gallbladder formula and his Detox formula along with his Intestinal #1 and #2. The fast is for 5 days. I am following Dr. Schulze’s Liver Flush/cleanse. I am doing everything that he recommends. I notice though that everytime I take his Detox tincture I then immediately get a very heavy like feeling. It is hard to describe; but it is kind of like a heaviness in my blood or circulation.
