EXCERSISE: i walk about 40 minutes a day on a tred.. going at 15 incline and at 4.5 mph, i lift weights i alternate between arms and legs each day I do 10 different excersises, i also do an ab workout on the ball or ground depeneding, i take sunday and sat off to recoupe and sleep like mad. I’m not very tired
FAST TYPE: Water with occasional popsicle like the 5 cal ones
NOTICES: My tounge is white and my face is starting to clear up, i have a much flatter tummy and I am gonna post inch loss results on sunday day 6 or maybe monday day 7 ...
