I don’t find supplementing with anything useful as a long term measure, just take as needed.
Ultimately, the body knows how to heal itself under the right conditions. If you remove the cause of stress in life and give yourself the basics (clean air to breathe, plenty of water, nutrient dense foods, exercise, relaxation, positive thinking, good quality of sleep etc.) the body can eventually find its balance again.
