Hi Mari, i’ve been meaning to post a reply to this message for ages. I’ve suffered on and off from bouts of pompholyx for 15 years. In that time I’ve had 3 (serious) flare ups. Each time so severe I had to bandage my hand and was in almost daily pain with the burning / itching cycle / blistering, bursting, crusting, splitting, bleeding. The first, 15 years ago, was severe, I had it all over the palm of my right palm and after visiting my doctor (eventually) it went away. It was gone for years, and flared up again a few months before my wedding 6 years ago. I tried every cure I could ...
