It is not just MSG per se, it is any food that has been grown in that new plant growth regulator ”Auxigrow” which containes glutamate, and of course gets absorbed by the plant.
This sensitivity has come to include anything with part of the name being ”amine”, anything with the name ”acid”, anything with the name ”chloride”. It includes the natural glutamate in nuts,and seeds. I cannot eat lemons or figs fresh off my own trees.
Three fresh blueberries will give me a bad 48 hour reaction.
