I read about how good bentonite is for a bowel cleanse and purchased some. It is a liquid. The instructions for how much and how often are not clear. Also, it says to take with water, but not how much, etc. Please give me some directions about how to use this product. I am already using psyllium and detox tea (seperately) each day. Hi, On the page about Bowel Cleanses it is stated that Fitline has a good product with a long list of ingredients that is good for a bowel cleanse. It will help with candida, parasites, etc. as well as a good overall cleanse. I have been searching for this product and have been unable to locate it.
