I’m not sure how much of a concern that is in your case. Probiotics tend to support whichever immune system response is dominant. By doing the Plan, you’re correcting the skewing effect that fungal candida has. I recommend doing the Plan first. A healthy intestinal ecosystem plays a significant role in protecting the body and eliminating metals and chemicals during a heavy metal cleanse. You could manage the detoxification process by taking a teaspoon of clay several times a day, especially with meals and before bed. In my experience, the Terramin works better. You need to stick with it for several months. It sounds like your stomach acids are off and Terramin might help with that as well.
