Not surprisingly, the company that provided the drug was created exclusively for that particular drug, and as such, it was quickly liquidated. Other than a £2,000,000 insurance policy, it has no assets to sue for (and, of course, any affiliated companies are magically immune from prosecution or mostly so because of the insanity surrounding corporate law).
