Hey everyone,
After a false start yesterday, I’m officially starting my fast tomorrow. It’s going to be a water fast and I’m planning on it lasting from 16-21 days unless it starts feeling really uncomfortable or wrong. I’m planning to keep working out for about an hour to an hour and a half each morning like I currently do and working 7 to 7 and a half hour shifts at a coffee shop. The hunger isn’t insanely bad for me, it’s the cravings for food. I just have to seperate myself from it... Anyway, how much ”real” (by that I mean not water weight) weight can I expect to lose in about 1 ...
