Why yes we have a Walmart in Canada, a lot of them actually. What we have different from you I think is Zellers(like a Kmart), Tim Hortons, which is a donut shop and everyone is addicted to the coffee. Hi Everyone, just did the 6th flush and only passed a few dark green stones, but a lot of reeking liquid. Flush 4 and 5 resulted in really large stones. Hi Tracey, it’s been a week since I’ve been on so I missed your post asking me about the flush that I do. Like I said, I like Julia’s recipes. I tend to be hypoglycemic and so I will not do the applejuice fasting again. The one I do is the gallbladder flush. I eat whole foods without fat for a whole day. Hey Rachel, I never use epsom salts. I use Julia Chang’s recipes from sensible health. I eat low fat all day and then drink the olive oil and grapefruit juice in the evening. I got a lot of stones(big too) yesterday but I just remember what I did different. She says if you get a stone stuck you can use epsom salts in water, but you can also use a tablespoon each of curcuma and coptis. Hi I just have one suggestion about the tooth. If you look in a dental book, you’ll see that the sinus is close to the tips of the roots of your upper teeth. When my sinuses are full my upper teeth hurt till my sinuses drain. It’s really bad if I jump. Is it an upper tooth? There shouldn’t be any pain if the nerve has been removed right? I too am no pro but here’s what I get from this gallbladder flushing and you all correct me if I’m wrong. If we eat fats, this causes the gallbladder to contract to add bile for easy elimination. So in a flush, we don’t eat fats for several hours or as in some flushes days before we take the olive oil mixture. This causes the gallbladder to get big. When we finally drink the olive oil, the gallbladder contracts with good pressure and shoots out the stones. Hi Elleynia, I felt barfy too. I don’t know how much a pint is but I am supposed to have 1/4 cup extra virgin cold pressed olive oil mixed with 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice every 15mins until a total of 1 cup each of the lemon juice and olive oil is done. You can also substitute the lemon juice for freshly squeezed grapefruit juice(I used 1/2 cup of grapefruit juice each 1/4 cup of olive oil) I received this recipe from Julia Chang. I started having two new problems in about the last 2-3months, headaches and a sore right side. Well I found out today that I have a big stone in my gallbladder (can’t wait to see how many the ultrasound didn’t see) And yes, my headaches have become awful before my period. I’ve done 3 flushes, but as I understand it now, more can drop down from my liver during the weeks after the flush. I’m not a headachy person but now that I have this stone I seem to be. Hi Ptree, Well I did the colon cleanse for about 10 days and passed plaque everyday and two small ropes. I took a break during my period as I never feel very good during that time. Today I went to see my doctor had the results of my ultrasound and you guessed it I have a gallstone. Just found this forum and have had this nagging at me for a long time. Before the kids head off to highschool, they give them a hepatitis vaccine. It is optional of course which confused me even more. Everyone in my kids class had it done and so did mine. Then I thought well if every kids getting the vaccine then the hepatitis isn’t going to be around so maybe my kid doesn’t need it. We have a bird(cockatiel). She is crazy for milk and icecream which I balance out now as she was gaining weight in the stomach. Occasionally I see her scratching and feed her garlic on toast, would this be a sign of those worms or is that an old myth? Garlic seems to stop the itching. My nine year old daughter started having bad migranes about every month or two when she was six. They come on fast at about 8pm and wipe her off her feet. It lasts 1-2 hours and she is just screaming which I don’t think helps the situation but thats how she feels. Finally it ends with her throwing up once or twice. It always comes out first followed by the looser lighter colored bm. It is dark brown and looks just like plasterscene that we used to play with in school. I always picked pink in school. It is dense and sinks, the regular stuff floats. I did a little trick to also help, I ate sesame seeds from the bulk store which I thought might show up in the regular bm and it does, but not in the mucoid plaque. So far I am only on a shake a day, but am going up to 2 tomorrow to see the difference. I drank even more warm water than was required, maybe that helped to move it so quick.
