I am interested in what you think about this too. I read about Joanna Budwig’s work with flaxseed oil and cottage cheese to make the oil more asorbable, and that it helps with Parkinson’s symtoms, among other things. I read along time ago that a good wash to kill bacteria on fruits and vegetables is 3% Hydrogen Peroxide (The kind you get in the drug store) Use i cup for a sinkful of water or !/2 cup for 1/2 sinkful of water - scrub with brush and let produce soak for 15 minutes. I went to a chiropractor this morning a had a review of the x-rays he took of me on friday, and an adjustment. His thinks that the 3 whiplashes I had caused my symptoms.
