I strongly disagree with this post. It’s vague, ambiguous, and it’s just someone pushing a product for $$$. I’ll address a few:
Cooked,canned,non-fresh and Junk food
- this is too vauge. some foods MUST be cooked. othewise, this is a catch all for most americans
soda, soft, sugary drinks
- what about diet soda? is there any proof that soda is bad? or is it sugary sodas only? also, i don’t know many people that aren’t drinking soda in one form or another...
Couch potatoes, inactive people
- if this were true, you have 85% of America lumped up here
Low PH/acidic blood
