thanks for the advice guys. I went ahead and flushed the other night and it went ok. I ended up not doing epsom salts nor mag cit. It went ok but results weren’t as good as in the past. I have high blood pressure and kidney disease so I really didn’t want to do the epsom salts again as I have in past flushes. The last time I took them I got very dizzy and it freaked me out. I plan on flushing tonight but need some advice. In the past I have done the ”are you stoned?” liver cleanse but can’t handle that much oil anymore so I want to try the Clark flush. Yes. In fact I have done it twice - have only done this kind of flush as my body is stubborn and I was desperate to get stones out to avoid surgery and get back to work. I did the Lewis ”are you stoned” flush adding a 8 hour fast previous to beginning the flush with taking 3tbs of epsom salts in water at the 7th hour of fast. It worked great for me but I know it is not recommended for first timers.   [End]

A few weeks ago i suffered back pain and hepatitis symptoms and eventually was told it is probalby gall stones. I subsequently discovered this site after searching to see what I could do about it. Yesterday I was so sad to hear of a Pastor in our town who almost died from Gall Bladder surgery. He is still in critical condition and has had to have lots of transfusions.. On my first cleanse about 6 months ago..I mixed the lemon with the olive oil and then drank it.. the next day the results I had were just a lard like substance that the lemon and olive oil had congealed into.. Don’t mix these two together, they must be drank seperately. Also it was harder to get down that mixture than drinking them seperately. It was awful to try them together...puke...it was horrible.. I have even thought that maybe he is an addict, with his pushing of hard drugs. He told me today I was not a good patient because I wouldn’t take the pills.. I am new to this and it is so very helpful to be able to read all this from other people and what they have found to be benificial with the experience.. This weekend I did my first liver/gall bladder cleanse. I really wasn’t sure what would happen if anything. I had pretty good results ...about 25 to 30 stones of different colors and size.
