Oil pulling has been a miracle for my bad breath. Over the many, many years that I have suffered from bad breath (including fecal breath) I have not found anything to work until I stumbled on the wonders of oil pulling. I have been at it for only 2 weeks and can say that my breath feels fresher than I have ever, ever experienced - it even stays okay after drinking a cup of coffee. I am sorry to hear this -- people have no idea that we can’t help it and try everything. I have had some success, believe it or not (so simple) with brushing my teeth with bar soap. I use Burt’s Bees kind that does not have glycerin. Turns out that glycerin isn’t good for your teeth or your breath. Give it a shot.   [End]

Because of where the tonsils are situated, I think that you can exhale bad breath through your nose. I got most reactions when talking though. If you have tonsil stones you have a low grade infection in your throat -- tons of bacteria. My bad breath has been eliminated with a tonsillectomy. Hallelujah. I am 36 and have had bad breath since I was a teenager. Although, it was much, much worse in my adult life -- probably as my tonsils became more and more infected. After healing from the tonsillectomy my breath is fresh and my tongue is really pink without cleaning it. This is because my bacteria laden tonsils are gone.
