It seems your experience is showing you that you are not awakening your pineal gland rather it is already activated and you just need realize this. Yes good elaboration. As a vegetarian my consumption of grains was quite excessive, I did not notice for a while and thought ’grains” were healthy. Recently I did a 10 day elimination of grains all grains including corn and potatoes and deep fibromyalgia type pain has gone. I do not have the time to elucidate on the benefits. It does not matter if it is sea salt with 88 tiny amts of additional trace minerals or not. How far below the ribs? have you ever had issues with candida? and how long after you eat do you notice this? also is it always after eating nuts? or any raw vegetation?
