Hi Anna, briefly, the best 3 things I’ve found are:
Magnesium capsules opened and put into water, about 3-400 mg swilled, worked like a miracle for me.
H202 1 per cent is good.
Clay is the 3rd best thing.

After that, Lemons, Neem Oil, Coconut oil, olive oil, Vit C are all good. Tongue scraping and garglig are essential, so is storing your brush in an anti-bac solution... MMS is fairly good. Potassium supplements help. Papaya is quite good.
BTW, you have to swill for about 20 minutes at first, I’ve swilled for up to an hour some days. 5 minutes x 12 times.
