Hi everyone, thanks for your replys. The pain is now all gone. I started taking 1 tab in the morning, 2 before lunch and 2 at night instead of 4 at night and it really helped, i actullay passed a good few chunky things (sorryTMI)so i am assuming that these were stuck in a bend of my colon or something, I felt really really flu like symptoms that night and had an epsom salt bath and went to bed, I woke up the next morning like a new person wow! so much energy and feel so well, now i know what everyone else was talking about when they were raving above oxypowder. Hi, I use Baking Soda in the bath with Epsom Salts (it absorbs the toxins from the water) so i dont know if it makes any difference in bath or if its the epsom salts. I have also used it as a deoderant under my arms and on my feet, it worked better on my feet but not so much under my arms, although did work some. I have also had a bath with tomato juice and i think this helped (its hard to tell when you cant really smell yourself) but i had been cutting onions the day before and it seemed to take the smell of them off my fingers. To answer your questions, I dont use a particular aloe vera mouthwash, I dont think that it would matter, i think you just need to try a few and see which one you like the taste of best, any health food shop should defo have it, you can get aloe vera toothpaste also, but i’m just using normal at the moment. As for the neti pot, mine was from a UK internet shop, just google it and see what happens, you should be able to get one from closer to home and save on postage, they all do the same thing. ...

Hi everyone, I have been taking activated charcoal (1500mg per day) for the last 4 days along with 36 drops twice a day of chloroxygen and i think that there has been an improvement in my bo and bb, I can usually smell it on my fingertips and have a bad taste in my mouth, today i cannot detect any of these (the first few days they seemed to be worse)I hope that this is working for me and for anyone else that is going throught the same thing as me. Hi Seakrut, I read your post and thought that i would let you know what helped me with my BB, here goes:- In the morning I cut a fresh lemon in half, sqeeze it into a cup and drink it straight, swishing with water afterwards (you may need to use baking soda afterwards, but i dont oops)this helps me loads. I also swiched my mouthwash to a natural aloe vera one instead of a normal minty one.
